Non-Dairy, Vanilla Almond, Quick and Easy Ice Cream
It doesn’t get any better than on a hot summer day, to quickly and easily make this non dairy ice cream, and totally enjoy it … GUILT FREE!
Vanilla Almond Ice Cream Recipe
Equipment Needed: High Speed Blender
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 5-7 ice cubes
- 3 tablespoons raw almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I also enjoy a scoop of Puradyme Raw Liyf Protein Powder – Natural flavor, along with a scoop of Omni Vanilla protein powder)
- 2 tablespoons date paste (2-4 dates)
- Optional: 1/2 avocado – adds a rich smoothness, more fiber, healthy fat, and protein.
- Combine all ingredients in high speed blender – use taper and variable speed dial to blend well. Add more ice for thicker consistency if needed.
- Eat immediately, and enjoy guilt free goodness.
