Raw Spaghetti Sauce: Non-Marinara Style

Raw Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
Equipment Needed: High Speed Blender
Yield: approx. 1 cup
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped greens: kale, cilantro, or spinach (experiment to find which you prefer the best)
- 3 tablespoons date paste
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or micro planed garlic
- 4-5 drops essential oil of lemon
1. Using a high speed blender (Vitamix), blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Store in seal glass container, in refrigerator. Use throughout the week for a salad dressing, over zucchini noodle pasta, or in wraps.
