How to Make Zucchini Spaghetti Recipe
Equipment Needed: Spiroli or spiralizer
Yield: You can easily tailor this recipe for one or two people, or for a group
- 1 zucchini (spiralized into zucchini pasta)
- Raw spaghetti sauce recipe
- Meatless vegan meatball recipe
- Using a spiroli or spiralizer, make desired amount of zucchini noodles.
- Using the green raw spaghetti sauce, add to noodles and mix well – don’t be afraid to smoother the noodles with the thick sauce.
- Add meatless raw meatball and serve.
Variations: Substitute red marinara sauce in place of green spaghetti sauce.
