Spicy Hoisin Sauce
As you may have read about me before, I wasn’t raised eating alot of different types of ethnic food, including hoisin sauce. If fact, I didnt even know what it was or what it was used for up until recently.
The other nite I was out of salad dressing, running late, but then spotted the Hoisin sauce I had made a few days earlier, sitting in my refrigerator. Hey, why not use it for my salad dressing this evening. It was great and once again, added yet another type of variety to my daily big dinner salad. As they say, variety is the spice of life and this spicy version of a hoisin sauce does exactly that!
